70: WHO'S SIDE ARE YOU ON

How can I say what I mean, how can I mean what I say,

If I'm not livin' life clean, following in Jesus' way?

If I live life perfectly, ou, then you'll believe what you see.

I love to talk with our Lord, all the time every day.

Puttin' on my armor and sword, the battle must be fought in this way.

The fight goes on and on, oh, until we shall see the new dawn.

How must we be saved, how can we be free in the grace of our Lord, to sin we're but a slave.

Oh, I'll tell you what I saw, ou, God's perfect eternal law.

Runnin' round to find us a hole, lookin' down deep inside,

Seeing everything that we stole, and there's no where left to hide.

Call upon the rocks to fall, ou, to hide our face from it all.

How must we be saved, how can we be free in the grace of our Lord, to sin we're but a slave.

It's hard to say, how much we love, if we're taught, from above, God is love, God is love, God is love.

On that great day, some ain't so tough, and some will say, heaven is cheap, cheap enough, cheap enough, cheap enough.

Up some will rise, towards the sky, right by their side, angels fly, angels fly, angels fly, angels fly.

And some will cease, to exist, His lovin' pleas, they resist, they resist, they resist, they resist.

How must we be saved, how can we be free in the grace of our Lord, to sin we're but a slave.

Oh, I'll tell you what I saw, ou, God's perfect eternal law.

And though we try as hard as we can, we will find ourselves back again, until we put our will in His hand, that is when the battle we'll win.
